Breathing: The Science behind every breath | Sarun (Kane) Lorhpipat | TEDxHarrow Intl School Bangkok

In this talk, we explore how something as simple and automatic as breathing holds the key to reducing stress, improving focus, and enhancing overall wellness. Backed by cutting-edge research and real-life applications, discover how conscious breathing can transform your health, one breath at a time. Kane is a health and wellness entrepreneur based in Bangkok, Thailand, and an alumnus of Harrow (2009) with a degree in Neurobiology and Physiology from Purdue University. Driven by a passion for understanding the human body, he ventured into the physiotherapy and anti-aging industries, consulting for major hospitals and wellness projects across Thailand to promote well-being through science. In 2012, he cycled over 6,000 km across the U.S. from Providence to Seattle. An avid rock climber, Kane has climbed on multiple continents and trained some of Thailand's top climbers. Beyond business, he is also a spiritual musician, singer-songwriter, and speaker on modern spirituality and personal growth. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
