Słuchaj żeby usłyszeć | Dr Ewa Kosowska-Korniak | TEDxUni Opole

Słuchanie to coś więcej niż rejestrowanie dźwięków – to sztuka, która pozwala naprawdę zrozumieć drugiego człowieka. "Słuchaj, żeby usłyszeć" to zaproszenie do głębszego kontaktu, w którym cisza między słowami mówi więcej niż same słowa. Jak słuchać, by naprawdę usłyszeć? Posłuchaj, a się dowiesz. Dr Ewa Kosowska-Korniak is a personal and business development coach, mediator, communication expert, mentor, and inspiring speaker. She is also the host of the podcast "Wyspa Inspiracji" and the owner of the O-Media Communication Institute. A passionate advocate for mediation, meaningful conversation, and mindfulness toward others, she focuses on helping people improve their relationships and personal growth."My goal is to inspire others to work on themselves and their relationships with the world around them. To foster growth and change, which begins within us..."She holds a doctorate in law, serves as an academic lecturer, and leads postgraduate studies such as "Mediation in Work, Life, and Business" and "Motivational Dialogue" at WSB Merito University in Opole, Wrocław, and Warsaw. As a trainer of psychosocial skills, certified with a first-level trainer recommendation from the Polish Psychological Association, and a coach, she skillfully combines workshop techniques with her legal and psychological knowledge, as well as her experience in mediation. Her 28-year professional career—including her decision to leave a secure full-time job and build her own business from scratch—has inspired participants in her training sessions and postgraduate students to pursue their career aspirations.Privately, she is a mother of two adult sons, the owner of two cats and one dog, a traveler, and a nature enthusiast who finds joy in forests, gardening, and being in touch with nature.
