In this role, he supports public bodies and the Welsh Government in implementing the Well-being of Future Generations Act. Jacob's responsibilities also include advocating for cultural well-being and facilitating changes to promote culture and creativity. Jacob is a former UN Foundation Next Generation Fellow for Future Generations, advising the United Nations on the needs and interests of future generations. He played a key role in designing the UN Common Principles for Future Generations in 2023. Jacob has spoken at various international events and is a former BBC Wales Journalist. “If we forget, we die”, says Ale. By sharing the unique traits of storytelling, Ale proposes a new way we can help humankind defeat death. As an endless learner, she has sought experiences around the world being able to study, work and volunteer in more than 10 countries across 3 continents. She has a B.A in Visual Arts with a concentration in Urbanization and a minor in Filmmaking in New York University Abu Dhabi. She has also studied an MBA with EUDE University in Madrid. She participated in the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative, which gave her the opportunity to have an educational and job experience in Notre Dame University and South Bend, respectively.Ale currently works in El Salvador for brands and clients across de globe as a creative director. She is also founder of the arts’ platform Casa Carmen; a mini-series film project created in collaboration with scenic artists of the region. Ale shares a natural interest with theatre and film, likes to play music and brew coffee in the mornings. On February 12, 2025, Ms Swarashri Shridhar graced the TEDxGNMS stage with her talk, Vilamba: The Mighty Descent of Laya. Through the lens of Kathak, Swarashri explores the paradox of slowing down to move forward. By letting go of distractions and refining focus, we create space for true mastery—proving that sometimes, doing less allows us to achieve much more. Swarashri Shridhar is a Kathak dancer, choreographer, and Artistic Director of Aneka - Identities Dancing Within. Trained under Dr. Pali Chandra at Gurukul Dubai, she blends Kathak’s expressive and technical elements to illuminate lived experiences and advocate for social and mental wellness. Her works explore Dance Movement Therapy for Parkinson’s, Schizophrenia, anxiety, women empowerment, and environmental sustainability. She recently toured India in 2024 with a dance-drama on Dissociative Identity Disorder.
