The Chaos Monkey vs. The CEO: The Battle Within | Gary Kennedy | TEDxAISG Youth
Do you ever feel like there are two voices battling it out in your head? One impulsive and reactive, the other calm and rational? Join me as we explore this internal fight between our ‘Chaos Monkey’ and our ‘CEO’, and learn how to manage those impulsive reactions to become the person you want to be. Gary is the Wellbeing coach at AISG, and founder of ThinkWell, where he gets to help people figure things out and reach their goals. During the day, he works with faculty and staff, and, in the evening, with people from around the world, helping them with everything from stress and self-doubt to big life decisions. He's all about personal and professional growth – helping people discover what they're good at and how to use those strengths to build a life they love. In his free time, he loves travelling the world (camera in hand), with his wife, Dr. Fielder, exploring new cultures, and capturing amazing moments.
