Max Damioli, Performance Coach con oltre 17.000 ore in aula, ci guida alla scoperta del respiro come chiave per l’energia, la lucidità e l’armonia interiore. Attraverso tecniche pratiche, spiega come un respiro consapevole possa ridurre lo stress, migliorare la performance e riportarci nel momento presente. Un viaggio tra scienza e consapevolezza per riscoprire il ritmo naturale della vita. Insegna dal 1972 con più di 17.000 ore di aula.
Ha una Laurea in Psicologia, ed è un Performance Coach a indirizzo Ipnotico Costruttivista Strategico. 5 anni da Direttore del Dipartimento Scienza della Performance di STC – Change Strategies. Performance Coach di Aziende Multinazionali, dal 1985 si occupa di aumentare la facilità con cui si ottengono i risultati aziendali.
Dopo tre Campionati Mondiali in tre sport diversi, si occupa con passione di alcuni atleti di livello internazionale, Olimpionici e Campioni del Mondo, in vari sport. He values his academics and his extra-curricular, which is why he practices badminton and cricket. His favorite subject areas include math, science, and history.
