Sur la scène de TEDxYaoundé 2025, Metchum Tayou a lancé un plaidoyer audacieux pour revaloriser le poisson local, souvent négligé au profit de produits importés ou plus “trendy”. Avec conviction, elle a proposé une solution simple mais puissante : multiplier les bars à poisson pour créer de la demande, de l’emploi et une dynamique économique enracinée dans le terroir camerounais. Un talk inspirant qui prouve que l’innovation peut aussi naître dans nos assiettes… et dans nos quartiers.Merci à Metchum Tayou d’avoir osé penser autrement, et de nous avoir rappelé que le succès peut aussi se cuisiner localement.
