En esta charla las hermanas empresarias colombianas Laura y Cristina Gonzalez Paredes, nos cuentan como han encontrado la formula para superar todos los obstaculos que se les han presentado en el camino. Las Gonzalez Paredes crecieron en el seno de una familia que generación tras generación se ha caracterizado por su empuje y perseverancia, por no dejarse derrumbar ante ninguna dificultad. Y ellas no podían ser la excepción. Al igual que sus antecesores estas hermanas han construido una exitosa empresa en la industria de la belleza a punta de berraquera y pasión. Fundadoras de Essem, una marca de belleza basada en el uso de cannabidiol (CBD), un componente del cannabis, que han incorporado en productos para el cuidado de la piel.
