From a young boy too hesitant to even purchase sanitary pads — codenamed "bread packets" at home — to a public figure demonstrating menstrual cup folds on stage, Hibi Eden’s journey reflects not only personal growth but a larger societal awakening. His talk urges us to rethink menstruation as not just a "women’s issue," but as a human concern demanding collective understanding and empathy.
