În discursul său, Antoneta Galeș explorează modul în care poveștile pe care ni le spunem influențează felul în care trăim. Ce lecții învățăm din trecut, cum ne imaginăm viitorul și ce alegem să facem în prezent sunt întrebări-cheie care dau formă unei povești trăite cu sens. Suntem autorii propriei vieți, doar că putem controla numai propriile acțiuni. Nu putem rescrie trecutul, viitorul rămâne nesigur, doar prezentul e locul în care avem puterea de a decide. Cu umor și vulnerabilitate, autoarea ne invită să privim viața ca pe o poveste scrisă din alegeri – unele mici, altele decisive. Ce gânduri merită să fie crezute? Ce contează cu adevărat? Ce ne împlinește, ce ne bucură, de unde vine sensul? Un discurs care nu oferă rețete, ci întrebări mai bune – pentru oricine vrea să aleagă, clipă de clipă, o poveste care merită trăită. Antoneta Galeș a decis să se dedice consultanței în dezvoltarea oamenilor și a organizațiilor în urma experienței considerabile acumulate. Până în 2018 a fost director de resurse umane, comunicare și dezvoltare într-o companie importantă din retail, după ce a fost consultant într-un proiect al Băncii Mondiale de modernizare a serviciilor de ocupare.
Ca trainer, coach și consultant, toate acțiunile sale sunt îndreptate către crearea unui mediu care să pună în valoare calitățile și punctele tari ale fiecărui om.
În 2019 a publicat Caietul Fericirii, un instrument pentru creșterea capacității de atenție și observație, de analiză a gândirii, care are drept consecință creșterea nivelului stării de bine.
Este autoare și de cărți de ficțiune, a publicat zece romane sub pseudonimul Tony Mott.
