This talk explores the idea of engineering women and empowering their well-being which leads to a 5 Trillion dollar economy. I'm Afrin Fathima, a B. Tech Information Technology student at Mohamed Sathak A.J. College of Engineering. I am the Co-founder and CEO of Nainu Startups, where I have conducted webinars and workshops, mentoring over 500 students in career development and technical skills. I am passionate about community learning and creating opportunities for students to gain real-world exposure. My interests include front-end development, digital marketing, and public speaking. I believe in continuous learning, collaboration, and making an impact by empowering students with the right guidance and resources.
