Kaaktaal - Living In Between Logic and Magic | Aia Lemonsky | TEDxRUET

Asif Iqbal, commonly known as Aia Lemonsky, is a composer, lyricist, and vocalist of the band Kaaktaal, which has a mystical rising story. Aia is an architect who had to serve a half-decade imprisonment. The imprisonment gave him much time to think about life more deeply as he started listening to stories of others. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Jail Authority has taken some initiatives to arrange some musical instruments in the Jail for the betterment of the prisoners. Aia took that as an opportunity. He touched the guitar, trying to record the untold tellings of his heart, and that changed his life forever. As an architect, he always looked for Logic around him. But for the first time in life, he found Magic beyond Logic. In every lyric, every line, Aia found how Musical Magic can change one's life. This is the story of a Singer from Prison. Asif Iqbal commonly known as AiA Lemonsky among his fans is one of the rising young singers in Bangladesh. Bangladesh has rarely shown an Architect to be a famous singer, especially in recent times. Asif Iqbal is the composer, lyricist, and vocalist of the band Kaaktaal which has a mystical rising story mostly kept secret by the band. The uniqueness of Asif Iqbal and his band is that their dependency on instruments, stage, or other facilities is minimalistic. His core philosophy is to connect with the audience while performing live. Some of the popular tracks by Asif Iqbal and his band include 'Abar Dekha Hole', 'Dhulo', 'Kichu Nei', 'Odbhut', 'Chorki', 'Jhoruk Nirjhar', 'Bhoy', and 'Shiuli'. He plans to record more of their tracks and release them online. He wants the music to always be freely accessible to their fans. Seems that Bangladesh is going to see a mystical musical dopamine blast from Architect.
