Chizaram Chukwu is a pharmacist, public health expert, and cosmeceutical innovator with over a decade of experience in regulatory affairs, drug development, and quality assurance. She began her career at NAFDAC, ensuring pharmaceutical safety, and later worked with John Snow Inc. (JSI) and USAID, improving healthcare systems and medicine delivery.Currently, she heads the Compounding Pharmacy at a Federal Institution, overseeing personalized drug formulations, and serves as Chief Product Officer at Speckles Beauty, where she merges pharmaceutical science with skincare innovation.A passionate researcher, mentor, and advocate for women in STEM, She is dedicated to advancing pharmaceutical quality, cosmeceutical innovation, and public health. Beyond her career, she is committed to mentorship, advocacy, and philanthropy, supporting young women in science and charitable causes. În prezent, este conferențiar universitar la Facultatea de Muzică din cadrul Universităţii “Transilvania” din Brașov, având funcția de prodecan cu activitatea didactică și cercetarea științifică.
