With notifications, deadlines, and schedules stacking one after the other, it is no surprise that emotions like anxiety manifest. However, I would like to ask you a question; what if this is all unnecessary? What if there exists a way for you to relax? And what if that tool has existed for centuries, waiting for us to rediscover it?” Nguyen Duc Kien is a high school student at Delta Global School.
