「漫遊生活」是一種放下外在壓力、尋回內心平靜的生活哲學。當今社會鼓勵不懈奮鬥,步調急促,卻忽略了放慢腳步、傾聽自我的重要性。「漫遊生活」提倡人們在繁忙中找到平衡,學會適時停下,享受生活的每一個當下。這種生活方式鼓勵探索極簡主義,著重在減少不必要的負擔,讓生活回歸本質。藉由精選必要的物質需求與活動內容,我們能夠創造出更多屬於自己的時光,專注於真正帶來滿足感的事物。這不僅是一種生活的選擇,更是一種對自我關懷的實踐,讓我們逐漸脫離外界的繁雜與焦慮,回到內心的寧靜。在「漫遊生活」的旅途中,每一步都是在探索與自我對話的機會,讓人們更深入地理解自我需求,找到真正適合自己的生活節奏。透過這種緩慢而有意識的生活方式,我們將學會如何在平凡中找到美好,在簡單中發現充實,享受真正的自我。
畢業於國立交通大學外國語文學系,主修英美文學。曾任職於《Bella儂儂雜誌》、《A Day Magazine》與《Elle雜誌》,媒體經驗超過6年,致力將多層次的人文思考與文學美感帶入報導之中。著有散文集《寂寞作為一種迷人的慢性病》,及《綠洲沙龍 Oasis Saloon》記錄於美國新墨西哥州公路旅行時的的旅途片刻,為心靈開拓廣闊的內在世界。將旅行以及內信進行對照,可以分享個人經驗以及漫遊的生活概念跟生活經驗連結,帶給內心映照。 This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
