The idea incorporates the envisionary of stories across India and reminds us of the hope for deliberation.Manisha Gupte is an activist, researcher, and leader dedicated to women's rights and social justice in India. With a background in microbiology and sociology, she co-founded Mahila Sarvangeen Utkarsh Mandal (MASUM) in 1987 and has worked extensively on gender, violence, sexuality, and human rights. She advises organizations globally, contributes to policy discussions, and coordinates health and women's rights initiatives. As Managing Trustee of Medico Friend Circle, she has led key events like the 10th International Women and Health Meeting. Her contributions have earned her accolades, including the Daughter of Maharashtra Award and the Maharashtra Foundation Award.
