Motivation Loops – How to Climb a Hill | Illya Dubitski | TEDxPrague British Intl School Youth

A new take on personal motivation inspired by physics. Illya’s first 18 years of life have been fairly dynamic and transformative. Having lived in three different countries, he has gained a deep awareness of group dynamics and influence of cultural and social backgrounds on human interactions. Like any other high school student, Illya does not miss his occasional chance to critique his IB experience. However, he still values it as a unique opportunity allowing him to broaden his perspective on the world and shape his outlook on the future. His curiosity about Artificial Intelligence led him to spend a summer interning as an AI Engineer at a large multinational corporation where he gained hands-on experience in the field. Self-development has also played a significant role in Illya’s life. Driven by the pursuit of continuous improvement, he is particularly fascinated by human motivation and what inspires people to take daily steps towards achieving their dreams and aspirations This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
