Hajj Ministry launches multilingual e-survey to measure pilgrims' satisfaction for Hajj 2025

JEDDAH — The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched an electronic survey to assess pilgrims' satisfaction for the 1446 AH (2025) Hajj season. It is open to all pilgrims, both domestic and international, to share their opinions and feedback.
Offered in nine languages—Arabic, English, Spanish, Persian, French, Hindi, Malay, Turkish, and Chinese—the survey ensures that services align with pilgrims’ expectations and contribute to the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 by delivering a seamless and enriching Hajj experience.
It serves as a vital tool for evaluating the pilgrim experience from a personal perspective, supporting the ministry’s commitment to continuous improvement. The ministry encourages all pilgrims to participate, emphasizing that their feedback will directly inform decisions aimed at improving service quality and efficiency.
