The National Center for Security Operations announced that unified emergency number 911 centers across Riyadh, Makkah, and the Eastern Province received a total of 2,879,325 calls during March 2025.The calls were managed as part of the unified emergency operations system, which is tasked with receiving emergency reports and routing them to the appropriate security and service agencies.
The process is carried out through advanced, automated systems operated by a specialized team proficient in multiple languages, ensuring 24/7 high-accuracy and professional response capabilities.
According to the center, the Makkah region accounted for 1,031,253 calls, followed by Riyadh with 1,300,628 calls, and 547,444 calls were recorded in the Eastern Province.
