MAKKAH — The Makkah police arrested five people for stealing electrical cables. The arrested include two violators of the Border Security Law, and three Yemeni residents.
They were accused of stealing electrical cables from buildings under construction. They were referred to the Public Prosecution after taking the necessary legal action.
