Inês Ayer, distinguida como Forbes 30Under30 em 2024, é uma designer humanista que utiliza uma abordagem 360º para impulsionar mudanças sociais através do design.Natural da Ilha de São Miguel, licenciou-se em Design de Comunicação pela Universidade de Lisboa e trabalhou na Superunion, em Berlim. Colaborou em iniciativas sociais como Próxima Geração e Global Shapers Community, uma iniciativa do Fórum Económico Mundial.Em 2019, fundou o Studio Ayer, onde liderou mais de 80 projetos em 12 países. Inês possui um MFA da School of Visual Arts e um Mestrado do Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia.Atualmente, reside em Nova Iorque, onde atua como Senior Designer na Pentagram e desenvolve investigação para o projeto Aliquoti, focado na redução da mortalidade neonatal entre mulheres BIPOC nos Estados Unidos. She worked as an editor and presenter on programs such as "20. Saat", "13 Agency", "Bıldıgın Gibi Değil" and "Burası Haftasonu" on Habertürk TV. He enjoys learning and is always looking for opportunities to meet new people. He is a budding photographer, as well as being an avid reader and also working on paper-craft, namely quilling. He values his academics and his extra-curricular, which is why he practices badminton and cricket. His favorite subject areas include math, science, and history.
