"Beyond the Script: Own Ur Narrative to Redefine Success" | Smita Das Jain | TEDxSAGEUniversityWomen
Society often hands us a predefined script for success but what if true fulfillment lies beyond it? This talk challenges conventional definitions of success, encouraging individuals to break free from expectations and craft their own unique stories. Through inspiring insights and real-world examples, it explores the power of self-authorship, resilience, and authenticity in shaping a life that truly reflects one’s passions and purpose. An IIM-Indore alumna and an ex-Big-4 Management Consultant, I help mid-career executives, senior professionals, and C-suite leaders rewrite their success stories through my Empower Yourself Coaching Program. Whether navigating a career transition, enhancing executive presence, or finding clarity amid change, I empower individuals to move from hesitation to confidence and from good to extraordinary.
With 18 years of diverse experience as a corporate leader and a successful pivot to becoming a coach, author, and speaker, I understand the challenges of redefining success. My TEDx talks, books, articles and speaking engagements inspire the leader in you to:
1. Find meaning and purpose in your work when success feels hollow.
2. Speak your mind confidently, ensuring you are seen and heard.
3. Break out of unhappiness and disengagement to create careers you love. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
