The Science of Habits: Youth as Leaders in Preventive Health | Om Patel | TEDxGranada Hills Youth

Developing healthy habits at a young age is key to ensuring long-term well-being. Small, consistent actions can lead to lasting health benefits. Taking care of your well being can be easily integrated into daily life. By building strong foundations early, young people can create a healthier future for individuals and communities. Om Patel is an 11th-grade student passionate about the intersection of science and public health. His interest in preventive health comes from seeing how small, consistent habits can influence long-term well-being, both in his community and through his work with Voice of Specially Abled People (VOSAP). Whether through research, advocacy, or daily routines, Om believes proactive health choices can create lasting positive change.
