Perfectionists are the most imperfect | Lipi Gidwani | TEDxSGRR

Perfectionists strive for flawlessness, but this pursuit can lead to stress, burnout, and anxiety. They set unrealistically high standards for themselves and others, and their overcritical behavior can create toxic environments. To overcome this weakness, perfectionists must change their belief system, recognizing that humans are unique combinations of strengths and weaknesses, and that emotions drive their actions. By focusing on growth, self-improvement, and progression, individuals can shift from chasing perfection to embracing peaceful and pleasant lives. A graduate from SRCC and a postgraduate from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University. A mind shaper and a life skill trainer are organizing workshops and sessions related to emotional and mental well-being. These sessions aimed at providing answers to Why's and How's of life challenges individuals face by enabling their personal and professional growth.
