Diante das mudanças climáticas, plantar árvores vai muito além de embelezar a cidade – é uma estratégia essencial para a resiliência ambiental e a qualidade de vida urbana. Nesta palestra inspiradora, uma representante do Instituto Regenerativo Movimento Tempo de Plantar compartilha como iniciativas comunitárias podem transformar o Distrito Federal em um território mais verde e sustentável. Através da mobilização social e do compromisso com a regeneração ambiental, o plantio de árvores se torna uma poderosa ferramenta de combate ao aquecimento global, promovendo sombra, biodiversidade e a recuperação dos ecossistemas locais. Graduated in Human Resources Management Technology and with a postgraduate degree in Leadership from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (2021). She is dedicated to social and environmental impact volunteer activities: a nine-year member of the Lions Clube Guará, where she has held various roles in Brasília and Minas Gerais, promoting community understanding and support. She is also part of the Instituto Regenerativo Movimento Tempo de Plantar, an OSCIP committed to planting one million trees and fostering a culture of regeneration and love for the environment, grounded in values like solidarity, cooperation, and ethics. She has been “dubbed” a change management agent based on her facilitating visioning, strategic planning, board development, customer service improvement, and performance management sessions. These sessions helped organizations align with their values, clarify goals, and identify obstacles to change. In her role as mediator and coach, she helps people identify the interests behind their positions and identify common ground—coaching senior managers on performance management and effective communication.
