睇餸食飯:從執屋到整理人生 | 阿橙 Orange Tam | TEDxHSUHK
In this talk, Orange will introduce "Eat What’s on Your Plate", a Hong Kong-specific decluttering philosophy inspired by local culture. She will share how people can optimize their living spaces despite limited resources and space, and how letting go of physical clutter can lead to emotional and mental clarity. From decluttering homes to organizing lives, her journey will inspire us to embrace simplicity, prioritize what truly matters, and create space for new opportunities. Orange, a Hong Kong native, transitioned from a 13-year career as a foreign exchange dealer to a professional organizer, founding "JuppUk Decluttering" on Facebook in 2016. She has since impacted over 400 households with her decluttering services and delivered numerous workshops. Orange authored "JuppUk - 50 Clutter Farewell Proposals" and further established her presence in the media with appearances on ViuTV shows "Free Your Home" and "Go! Clean Up Your Mess!" She also founded the Hong Kong Association of Professional Organizing (HAPO), through which she offers courses tailored to the unique lifestyle of Hong Kong and collaborates with NGOs to aid those in need. Orange holds multiple certifications, NAPO Residential Organizing and Workplace Productivity Specialist Certificates, ICD's Level II Chronic Disorganization and Hoarding Specialist Certifications, and a Level 1 Consultant Certification from the Japan Housekeeping Association.
