In a world of technological advancement, the true key to strategic leadership lies in the emotional and human connection with teams. Leaders' preparation, authenticity, and effective emotional management are essential for building humane, cohesive, and successful organizations. René, originally from Monterrey, N.L., is a Certified Public Accountant and psychologist with a master’s in administration. With over 40 years of business experience across nearly 100 companies and more than 300 leadership trainings in Mexico and the U.S., he holds international certifications in business management and is an accredited senior executive consultant (ICF, Newfield Network, IMPEL, SEP). For 18+ years, he has delivered leadership and development programs, impacting over 150,000 people. He has advised 80+ companies in Latin America and the Caribbean, including Frito Lay, PepsiCo, Alfa, and Femsa. A member of the Society for Transcendence for 10+ years, he promotes well-being and a better society. Co-author of seven books, he received a Doctor Honoris Causa (2019) and the Forjadores de México Award. Currently, he is Director of Human Capital at Industrias GSL, commercial advisor at Ciclo Sostenible Energía, and a leadership speaker and trainer.
