En un presente altamente cambiante nuestra empleabilidad presente y futura no puede limitarse meramente a la adaptación constante de las nuevas tecnologías como IA o blockchain por mencionar algunas. El precio que pagamos por estar a la última en tecnología es precisamente llegar el último. Usar el futuro como herramienta implica únicamente no invertir tiempo y recursos en el aprendizaje de nuevas competencias demandadas en el mercado laboral sino anticiparse a los futuros requisitos profesionales desarrollando así de forma proactiva las capacidades necesarias de manera intencional y en base a unos objetivos de empleabilidad definidos." Con casi dos décadas de experiencia en el campo de la transformación digital, he ayudado a innumerables organizaciones del IBEX 35 a mejorar su preparación para alcanzar el éxito y prosperar en la economía del siglo XXI. Conjuntamente con Alfons Cornella dirijo desde el año pasado EDGERS, la primera consultora de foresight y diseño de futuros en habla hispana en la que tenemos como principal objetivo ayudar a las organizaciones a aprender a usar el futuro como herramienta tanto en España como en Latinoamérica.Mi objetivo es apoyar a empresas e individuos que provienen de entornos tradicionales, frente a los desafíos sin precedentes de hoy en día, como el cambio constante o la extrema volatilidad.
