En una realidad cada vez más automatizada, ¿cómo podemos mantener nuestra autenticidad? Exploraremos cómo nuestras emociones son herramientas poderosas para mantenernos fieles a nosotros mismos. Haremos un viaje en el que aprenderemos a gestionarlas con inteligencia, usándolas para adaptarnos y tomar decisiones auténticas. La verdadera clave no está en controlar lo incontrolable, sino en cómo elegimos reaccionar ante lo que nos sucede. La actitud que adoptamos marca la diferencia en cómo vivimos el cambio y alcanzamos nuestros objetivos. Y esto, es lo que nos permite ser auténticos. Almudena, nacida en Cádiz y residente en Madrid, es una profesional de Recursos Humanos con más de 12 años de experiencia en Gestión del Talento, desarrollo organizacional y liderazgo. Actualmente es People Manager de Learning and Development en KPMG España. Con doble grado en Derecho y ADE, múltiples certificaciones avanzadas y un compromiso con el aprendizaje continuo, Almudena destaca en entornos dinámicos, impulsando el crecimiento y liderando iniciativas de impacto en diversas industrias y equipos.
