Beyza Korkmaz is 21 years old, and lives since 1,5 years in the Netherlands as a refugee, She and her family are originally from Turkey. After the failed coup in 2016, her father unfairly lost his job, was arrested and had to flee Turkey to protect his family. In this talk Beyza emphasizes her gratitude for her new freedom and her new life and wants to give back. She is now determined to became a lawyer or human right activist. To fight for justice just like her father, and contribute to a world where everyone can live in freedom, equality and justice.
