Ryan's here to share an alternative way of thinking about talent. We think about it too much as something only the top 0.1% of prodigies have when in reality, we can easily deconstruct those arbitrarily drawn lines. Everyone is really talented. Ryan is 16. In his free time, you can find him programming, working on mathematics, doing competitive debating, producing music, running the school newspaper, and more. But importantly no one is aren’t defined by their accolades, any individual role, or hobby. We are the sum of our own lived experiences — the best thing about RCHK's annual TED event is that it provides a rare window into these invaluable authentic experiences.
