La société a érigé la norme comme un principe fondamental. L’inflation normative ne touche pas seulement les fruits et légumes qui doivent respecter des canons de beauté. Elle concerne aussi les cerveaux humains : ceux-ci sont censés fonctionner selon certaines modalités. En dehors de ce cadre se trouvent les personnes neurodivergentes : elles ont un fonctionnement discordant de la majorité. De discordant à déficient, voire dangereux, il n’y a qu’un pas. Un pas que nous pouvons choisir de ne pas franchir, en commençant par penser autrement aux gens qui pensent différemment, car la variété des cerveaux est aussi vitale pour la prospérité de l’humanité que la biodiversité est essentielle pour la pérennité de la planète. À quoi ressemblerait un monde où nous accueillerions la neurodivergence, non pas comme une déficience, mais comme une chance pour l’évolution de la société ? Anne-Valérie Rocourt accompagne les femmes entrepreneures atypiques qui désirent développer leur business hors des normes. Elle est l’auteure des livres : « Osons la joie au travail » et « Femmes Hors des Normes ». Multi-entrepreneure depuis 14 ans, elle a décidé de donner un sens à sa neurodivergence, en ouvrant une voie d’espérance pour celles qui veulent exprimer leurs talents par la voie de l’entrepreneuriat.
