Small actions, big impact | Joanna Lilian Zacharia | TEDxGEMS Millennium School Sharjah

Joanna's talk emphasizes how small, seemingly insignificant actions, like a black dot on a white canvas, can create lasting change. Using real-life examples, it inspires others to recognize the power of subtle actions in shaping a better future. Joanna is easygoing, fun-loving and thrives on spontaneity. She often makes impulsive decisions but tends to overthink things. A social butterfly, Joanna loves meeting new people, although she quickly runs out of social energy. An eternal optimist at heart, she enjoys talking, vlogging, teaching, singing, and watching movies. She also loves going on long walks and volunteering. Interestingly, while she loves nature, she despises insects. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
