Posee más de 10 años de experiencia liderando proyectos de transformación en diferentes industrias, especialmente en Salud. Se destaca en las prácticas de optimización de procesos, automatización e inteligencia artificial aplicadas a proyectos de innovación y con foco en la mejora de la experiencia del cliente.
Experta en Gestión del Cambio con fuerte vocación en acompañar a las personas en los diversos desafíos que se presentan en una transformación organizacional y en el ámbito laboral en general, con el objetivo de mejorar a su vez la experiencia del empleado.
Fue auxiliar docente de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas de la UBA en las materias de Administración General y Gestión del talento.
