Miguel Monroy is an Industrial and Systems Engineer with a Master’s in Manufacturing Systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey. His career spans the industrial, educational, and public sectors.He has held leadership roles at John Deere, Textron Automotive, TNT Logistics, Grupo Alianza, and Grupo Davisa. In education, he has served as Career Director, Director of the Competitiveness Center, and Academic Director at Tec de Monterrey, Saltillo Campus.In the public sector, he was Logistics Director at the Ministry of Economy of Coahuila. He has also led organizations such as Familia Misionera, ExaTec Saltillo, and the Institute of Industrial Engineers.Currently, he is General Director of COPARMEX Coahuila Sureste, where he promotes the Dual Training Model and strengthens collaboration between industry and academia, actively serving on over ten educational and linkage boards across the state.
