What makes Hungarian cuisine so special that someone would trade a successful diplomatic career for cooking? Zsófi’s personal journey and her passion for local ingredients—like chamomile from the Great Hungarian Plain—have influenced an entire country, helping us reconnect with one of the most essential pillars of our culture: Hungarian gastronomy. She believes that everything should be given its own time, the right temperature must be respected, and, of course, presentation matters—not just in cooking, but in life as well. Gasztroblogger, főzőnő, műsorvezető, a hazai gasztronómia egyik legszínesebb egyénisége. 2005. óta a népszerű Chili & Vanília gasztroblog írója, 17, köztük egy angol nyelvű szakácskönyv szerzője, emellett újságíró, számos kulináris projekt ötletgazdája, kezdeményezője. 2009-ben sikeres diplomáciai pályát hagyott maga mögött a főzésért, azóta ez a hivatása.
