本トークでは、まず「二度寝」のような日常の些細な課題を、エンジニア的視点で如何に解決するのか、そのプロセスを問います。問題点を整理し、解決策を考え、それを形にするという三段階を踏むことで、新たな挑戦が容易になり、多くの人が技術の力を身近に体感できることが示されます。川節氏は地域のロボット部活動を立ち上げ、初心者でも本格的なものづくりに取り組める環境を提供し、子どもから大人までの誰もがエンジニアとしての一歩を踏み出せる未来を目指しています。このトークを通じて、自らの生活を豊かに変える可能性を見いだすきっかけが得られるでしょう。小さな問題を解決する姿勢が、より良い社会を築く大きな原動力となることを感じさせる内容となっています。 学生時代よりロボットに深い関心を持ち、当時弱小であったロボコンチームを強豪へと導いた再建した。現在はソフトロボティクスの分野で研究に従事するとともに、これまでの経験を活かし、次世代ロボットエンジニアの育成支援に注力している。 This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
