Adam Martín comparte su experiencia personal con el colapso emocional tras perder su trabajo y a su pareja y cómo, sin saberlo, empezó a construir su red de protección mental. A través de cinco pilares —alimentación, ejercicio, sueño, relaciones y propósito vital— explica con rigor y cercanía cómo cultivar la salud mental. Adam Martín Skilton (Tossa de Mar, 1973) es periodista desde hace más de 30 años y escritor.
Se ha especializado en temas de salud, especialmente nutrición, actividad física y salud mental. Ha recibido el premio Ondas 2024 por su podcast sobre trastornos mentales “Gent normal” y es responsable de los guiones y la presentación de los podcasts “Cáncer 360”, sobre investigación oncológica en el Vall d’Hebron Instituto de Oncología (VHIO) y “Sans i estalvis” sobre nutrición, alimentación y actividad física.
Comenzó en la radio en el 1992 y ha dirigido y presentado programas en Nova Ràdio Lloret, Ser Catalunya, Com Ràdio, Rac1, Catalunya Ràdio, Antena 3, BTV y TV3 y escribe para la revista Consumer.
Es autor de nueve libros, entre los cuales hay tres de divulgación sobre nutrición y una novela corta, "El nadador de aguas abiertas", que ha sido adaptada al teatro y nominada a 6 premios Max. In his talk Stan Zalewki provides us with the way forward to eliminating homelessness by sharing examples of cities that have been successful in doing so.
