With just ₹7,000 borrowed for her first smartphone—a loan she repaid over 1.5 years—she launched her YouTube channel Siddhi Marwadi in the Rajasthani language. Her authenticity struck a chord, earning her 1 lakh subscribers within the first month.Selected among the top 12 in MasterChef India, Kaushalya now dreams of expanding her village masala outlets by Diwali. Her journey is a testament to perseverance, cultural pride, and turning limitations into opportunities.
