Pour l'orateur, il y'a des procédures et des mesures pour protéger les investissements parmi lesquels l'arbitrage, les sommations, les mesures conservatoires et les saisies judiciaires.
Les défis et perspectives sont également nombreux parmi lesquels le manque de respect des lois OHADA, les protections inégales entre entreprises locales et étrangères, etc.
Pour le présentateur, la sécurité juridique est synonyme d'une croissance économique. Né le 27/08/1963 à N'Djaména, Hissein Ngaro est juriste de formation, père de cinq enfants et présentement Huissier - Commissaire de Justice.
