La proposta è quella di immaginare e costruire un mondo libero da queste influenze, in cui il cibo sia fonte di nutrimento e piacere, e i corpi siano rispettati nella loro naturale diversità. Viene inoltre presentata l’Alimentazione Intuitiva come alternativa efficace alle diete tradizionali, un approccio scientifico che promuove l’autoregolazione e il rispetto del corpo, dimostrando come la salute possa essere migliorata senza focalizzarsi sul peso. Laureata in Dietistica con una tesi sulla prevenzione dei disturbi alimentari, ha conseguito li master di AIDAP (Associazione italiana disturbi alimentari e del peso). Tuttavia, l'insoddisfazione delle persone nel seguire gli approcci tradizionali l'ha portata a una crisi lavorativa. Per affrontarla, ha studiato presso la facoltà di Psicologia di Padova e scoperto approcci inclusivi al peso come HAES (Health at every size) e l'Intuitive Eating. Certificata come Intuitive Eating pro®️ counselor, oggi accompagna le persone in percorsi di salute psicofisica, focalizzandosi sulla relazione con il cibo, i bisogni, il movimento e li corpo in relazione alla cultura grassofobica.
