Într-o lume în care suntem îndemnați să alegem o singură carieră, un singur drum profesional, acest discurs prezintă și dezvoltă conceptul de „carieră de tip portofoliu” - o abordare reprezentată de combinația fericită de multiple roluri, pasiuni și domenii de activitate. Află cum diversitatea experiențelor și alegerea mai multor activități pot duce la o viață profesională împlinitoare. Iulia Hermeneanu a pășit în lumea evenimentelor culturale încă dinainte de liceu, a fost sau este implicată în organizarea și managementul a peste 20 de proiecte culturale și sportive, majoritatea în zona Brașovului, cum ar fi Festivalul de Film și Istorii, CartFest, competiții de sărituri cu schiurile sau proiecte culturale europene.
De-a lungul timpului, a gestionat booking-ul, comunicarea, dezvoltarea de noi concepte, echipele de voluntari și a fost MC la diverse evenimente, contribuind la organizarea a peste 80 de evenimente.
În prezent este studentă la masteratul Management și strategii de afaceri în cadrul Facultății de Științe Economice și Adminsitrarea Aafacerilor, fiind determinată să obțină cele mai bune rezultate în tot ceea ce face și îmbinând strategia de management cu pasiunea pentru cultură și dezvoltare comunitară.
