India's Space Journey: Bridging the Gap Between Innovation and Society | Aditya Bhardwaj | TEDxMAIT

Join Aditya Bhardwaj, an ISRO scientist, as he takes you on an inspiring journey through India’s space exploration— from its early beginnings to the evolution of powerful launch vehicles, advanced satellite technologies, and their real-world applications. Aditya Bhardwaj is a Scientist at the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) and a 2018 graduate of Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology (MAIT), Indraprastha University, where he earned a B.Tech degree in Computer Science Engineering. He began his career at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Cloud Support Engineer. Currently, Aditya is posted at the National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC) of ISRO, where he develops advanced software modules for the real-time processing of remote sensing satellite data. He has made significant contributions to key missions, including Oceansat-3 (EOS-06), launched in November 2022; Microsat-2C (EOS-08), launched in August 2024; and the upcoming NISAR (NASA-ISRO Synthetic Aperture Radar) mission.
