Why we need to rethink homelessness | Stan Zalewski | TEDxOshawa

Homelessness is an indication that a city is sick. The purpose of a city is to provide housing. In his talk Stan Zalewki provides us with the way forward to eliminating homelessness by sharing examples of cities that have been successful in doing so. He points out that the issues that are usually associated with homelessness such as substance abuse or mental health are not specific to the homeless - rather these issues are prevalent in the housed community as well.
