當我們看到社會上的問題，常常會聽見有人抱怨：「台灣的XX就是爛啦！」、「政府怎麼這麼沒用？」、「這種事怎麼還沒人解決？」但說完這些話之後呢？世界並不會因為我們的抱怨而自動變好。真正的關鍵在於——我們是否選擇行動。我高中時，翹了一半的課。不是因為叛逆，而是因為我發現學校教的內容，無法幫助我們真正面對未來。我希望學校能教的不只是考試，而是學生帶得走的能力。帶著這個不滿，在大二那年，我創辦了 Lead For Taiwan，想讓思辨教育走進校園。如今，Lead For Taiwan 已經是全台在最多高中開設正式課程的單位。但這一切從來不是一開始就規劃好、準備完整的計畫。反而是在一次次的行動中，跌跌撞撞、不斷修正，才慢慢讓機會浮現。我一直相信，機會的本質不是「等待」，而是「選擇」。當一個機會出現在我們眼前，很多人會猶豫，會懷疑自己不夠好、還沒準備好，最後什麼都沒做。但世界上所有重要的改變，從來都是由那些願意選擇「做點什麼」的人推動的。這場演講，我想分享的不是一個完美的成功故事，而是一段從不滿現狀開始，如何一步步走向改變、創造機會的過程。當你下一次面對選擇的時候，你會說「是」，還是「不是」？ Lead For Taiwan 執行長/一位熱愛教育、對世界充滿好奇心，同時也是一位溫暖善良又有趣的人/希望透過教育，陪伴更多年輕人從理解、思考到行動，成為推動社會改變的力量。 This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
