Angélica Martínez se dedica al estudio de los procesos creativos como método de enseñanza a través del aprendizaje lúdico en el diseño, permitiéndole participar en publicaciones y ponencias en instituciones de países como España, Argentina y Ecuador
Actualmente, se encuentra cursando el doctorado en Diseño, con la intención en desarrollar una investigación basada en la didáctica como recurso de enseñanza-aprendizaje para niños con comorbilidad asociada en discapacidad visual y autismo.
Angélica es diseñadora gráfica de formación, docente en la Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez impartiendo clases en la Licenciatura de Diseño Gráfico desde 2009.
