Ünlü şef ve televizyon konuşmacısı Hazer Amani, “Kafamızın İçindeki Labirentten Çıkmak” başlığı altında, bireyin kendi zorluklarıyla yüzleşme ve onları aşma sürecini kişisel deneyimleri üzerinden aktarır. TED Ankara Koleji ve ODTÜ Sosyoloji mezunu olan Amani, mutfağa duyduğu tutkuyla kariyer rotasını değiştirerek Güney Afrika’daki Le Cordon Bleu’de aşçılık eğitimi almış, ardından Cape Wine Academy’de şarapçılık üzerine uzmanlaşmıştır. Bu konuşmasında hem kariyerindeki radikal dönüşümü hem de bu süreçte yaşadığı içsel mücadeleleri samimi ve ilham verici bir dille izleyiciyle paylaşır. She graduated from school at the top of her class and started working in South Africa, but just knowing how to cook wasn’t enough for her, and she also completed a 4-year program in world wines and viticulture at Cape Wine Academy. She returned to Istanbul in 2010 after spending 9 years in South Africa and worked as the Executive Chef of a restaurant called Chilai. She received the “Most Creative Chef” award in 2011. Amani, who worked as a product development chef in leading companies in the sector such as Unilever and d.ream, served as a jury member in various television cooking programs and competition programs. Gürses began her media career as a reporter at ATV News Center and later appeared on programs such as "Gece Hattı" and "Kırmızı Koltuk" on Star TV. She worked as an editor and presenter on programs such as "20. Saat", "13 Agency", "Bıldıgın Gibi Değil" and "Burası Haftasonu" on Habertürk TV. She served as assistant news director and on-screen presenter on the "Ana Haber" program on Kanal 1. He enjoys learning and is always looking for opportunities to meet new people. He is a budding photographer, as well as being an avid reader and also working on paper-craft, namely quilling. He values his academics and his extra-curricular, which is why he practices badminton and cricket. His favorite subject areas include math, science, and history.
