Ingeniera en Marketing y apasionada conservacionista, Victoria es la Directora Ejecutiva y Directora de Marketing en uno de los principales bioparques del país. Su misión es clara: proteger la fauna silvestre y sus hábitats mientras inspira a otros a sumarse al cuidado del medio ambiente. ??Líder del programa de voluntariado Guardianes, Victoria moviliza a jóvenes para conectarse con la naturaleza, fomentando una nueva generación comprometida con la conservación. Su trabajo fusiona educación, pasión y acción en un modelo de impacto sostenible.Biólogo y Director Ejecutivo de uno de los bioparques más importantes del Ecuador, Ernesto es un destacado conservacionista comprometido con la protección de la biodiversidad y la educación ambiental. Con una trayectoria dedicada a la conservación de especies amenazadas y la rehabilitación de fauna silvestre, ha liderado iniciativas que integran ciencia, comunidad y sostenibilidad. Su pasión por la naturaleza y su enfoque innovador lo convierten en una figura clave en la conservación de la vida silvestre en Ecuador.
