Living abroad for a year in New York City, a place I love most for its spontaneity and unique population composed of all cultures and traditions, taught me so many life-lessons. Drawing from her transformative year living in New York City, she will share her concept of the "Empire State of Mind"—a mindset focused on breaking the monotony of daily routines and embracing the spontaneity of life. Through her personal experiences, she will offer practical lessons on how to adopt a New Yorker's approach to life, such as trying something new each day and not sweating the small setbacks. Her talk will inspire the audience to expand their worldview and find excitement in the everyday.
