Kapsaskis is the President and Founder of the Hellenic Institute of Cultural Diplomacy. He studied Political Science and History at Panteion University and completed further training in Geopolitics and Security at Royal Holloway, University of London. In 2024, he earned his PhD in Cultural Diplomacy. He has worked as a translator, columnist, consultant, and research associate in companies, cultural organizations, and research institutes.
