Change starts with courageous conversations—one at a time. Jane Porter is a professional facilitator, speaker, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Bridge Building Group. She’s on a mission to transform the world one conversation at a time through a community of bridge builders.Jane has spent the last fifteen years helping leaders who often wouldn’t be in the same room together, to have hard (but good!) conversations and find a way forward. Tra i diversi libri pubblicati si ricordano: “Tute blu” (2006) sugli operai tra gli anni Cinquanta e gli anni Ottanta del Novecento, “L’autunno caldo: Cinquant’anni dopo” (2019) sulla storia del lavoro e “Le parole e le figure” (2012) sulla storia del sistema dei media in Italia. Through graceful movements, expressive storytelling, and rhythmic precision, the performance echoed our theme: "Rise Through Resonance."Each avatar symbolized a step in the cosmic evolution of life and consciousness, reminding us how transformation and balance guide our collective rise. The Dashavatara are the ten primary avatars of Vishnu, a principal Hindu god. Vishnu is said to descend in the form of an avatar to restore cosmic order. The word Dashavatara derives from daśa, meaning "ten", and avatāra, roughly equivalent to "incarnation".
